Movies have always been a favorite of Sedentologists, as they provide us with a valid & socially acceptable reason to sit on our asses, doing nothing constructive,  for at least ninety minutes at a time. But not all films are created equal....

The Movie Reviews below are designed as a guide to help you sort the Un-motivational Gems from the Motivated Disasters, helping to ensure that you don't waste a moment of your precious wasted time.  Granted, the films that J.Bear reviews are typically years old, and for some he may have only watched the Previews, but he is a Sedentologist after all. How much effort do you really expect?
